PINNACLES
OF
WHAT?

Every television channel was doing Michael Jackson non-stop, their staff babbling total nonsense while showing the same film footage over and over and over again, and none of them displaying even the faintest understanding of what Michael was famous for, and none of them, sadly, knowing anything about dance, or about which part of his many stage performances had been the most art-changing and evolutionary ones.

Meanwhile, the Iranian protest movement and the North Korean threat to our nation, was kicked aside like some forgotten toy they had simply lost interest in.
What a mess.....what total incompetence...or, in the words of a famous song:
"Those not busy
being born
are busy dying..."

In sharp contrast, CNBC's Melissa Lee led a brand-new (to me, anyway) and fascinating experiment titled,
"Options Action 101"
in which every participant operated at top intellectual and professional capacity, while at the same time managing to keep things on a good-humored level of fun.

Sometimes, the TV industry is a truth-revealing mirror of the rest of society, don't you agree?
